Shipping is proud to offer free delivery on orders over $99. Orders under $99 will attract a $10.95 courier fee.

Orders will be dispatched the next business day for stocked items on the selected shipping service.

Time frames shown above are from the date of dispatch and may vary due to courier / postal issues.

Special Order (Non stocked) items will attract a longer delivery time as we need to order them in from our supplier.

Returns will provide a refund on any of our unopened contact lenses providing that they are returned to us within 14 days. Unless we processed your order incorrectly, we do not refund any cost involved in returning products purchased from us. A handling fee for courier and administration costs of $25 will be charged on all returns. It is the customers' responsibility to return the products to us in undamaged condition. Please email us on to request the return.

Proof of purchase is required in order to get a refund.

Returns are subject to approval.

Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges of specially ordered products.

How to Return a Product

You will need to include your tax invoice (receipt) as this information is your proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited against your account or original method of payment, eg to the credit card you used to make the purchase. If you would like to return a product please email first to arrange this. Make sure you include your order details.

Returns - Courier Parcels Returned to Sender

A handling fee for courier and administration costs of $25 will be charged on all parcels that are returned to sender.
Please ensure the delivery address is correct, and that you monitor tracking in case your order is taken back to the local post office for collection.
