o It is the customers responsibility to return the products to us, at their own cost. It is recommended to use a tracked courier service for returns.
o Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
o Customers who have previously purchased the product from our website are not eligible for this guarantee.
o The Money-Back Guarantee can be claimed only once per lens type. To prevent duplicate claims, we will verify customer details, including email address, phone number, and delivery address.
o Customers must complete the return form, providing details of any previously purchased lenses, for the refund request to be processed.
